Ghost Tree Brewing Company offers a great selection of beer and delicious food, including their amazing Cubano pizza and the popular pickle Rick pizza. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a fun and unique aesthetic. The staff provides excellent service, making it a must-visit spot in the walkable town of Amherst. Guests enjoy a variety of drink choices, including their own brews like the Ca$h Out IPA and the milk stout, which has received praise even from those who typically do not like milk stouts. Gluten-free options are available, and the bourbon selection is impressive. Many customers have highlighted the excellent pretzel sticks and Brussels sprouts, making the food a favorite among families and friends alike. The restaurant also offers craft beer and a full-service bar, along with home-cooked meals such as perch, roast beef, and homemade mashed potatoes. They serve unique pizzas, including the best-selling pollinator pizza, as well as burgers and sandwiches. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, making it a child-friendly place with large portions and reasonable prices. The recent reviews show that the food, including the Ahola pizza, continues to impress, and the atmosphere remains lively and welcoming. Overall, Ghost Tree Brewing Company remains a popular spot for great food, drinks, and a fun environment.
