“I just want to give a huge THANK YOU to the amazing staff at The Plaza. I came in today with my son, and when my card wasn’t working, one of the kind cooks paid for his food without hesitation. My son has food many allergies(to milk,egg,peanuts,and fish) and can only eat certain things, and they were so thoughtful and accommodating even offering to buy him a sweet treat that he could safely enjoy. I didn’t catch their names, but if you’re reading this, you know who you are. Your kindness meant the world to us. Thank you for going above and beyond and we won’t forget it! 💛“

“I met a lifelong friend at Lorenzos in Lorain. From the time we approached the restaurant to the time we left it was absolutely amazing!!! The friendliness of the staff and owners was exceptional. “Was looking for a spot to stop on our way to PA. Found this along the way but it was solid. I wouldn't say it was the best food I ever had but it was good and lots of variety for my family. We went with 2 young children and were easily able to appease their pickiness.

Since it was lunch I didn't try any cocktails but they sounded delicious.

We always have our delivery left in the porch so my crazy dogs don’t lose their minds, well today it was raining and the driver put the whole order in a trash bag to make sure it didn’t get wet and still placed it flat so nothing got tossed around!! “My family and I were there for the soler eclipse, weekend. We walked in sat down at the bar, everyone was extremely friendly, kind, nice, polite, warm and welcoming. We had just come from another bar around the corner called SPEAK OF THE DEVIL they were rude unwelcoming talked about us eclipse people like really what are they doing here. Never went back there again. Back to Brass & Bronze we had the tacos the 1st night amazing. We went back the second night the kitchen had just closed so we had a drink then one of the owners came over and said I know how to make pizza I can make you pizza. So that is what we had for our 2nd night s dinner. We went back the next day for the eclipse for lunch about 1 again amazing. We meet the President of the city Council Joel Arredondo and his wife they sat outside with us and watched the eclipse. Again very welcoming, they had their daughter’s wedding at this restaurant. I recommend this place extremely high. We had the best weekend in a long time“

“Have heard about this winery for a while, decided to stop on our footloose Friday. Both my husband and I had some questions about what to choose, gentleman at the counter was very helpful. I had their Cab Franc, was told it was their top selling red and I can see why, light to medium bodied, herbal notes, ginger, dried red fruit with soft tannins. Smooth and delightful. Hubs had the gewurtztraminer - fruit forward with pepper and spice.
Grounds are lovely as is inside space. We sat next to the lily pond and enjoyed the sun and the breeze.
While we didn’t partake there were two food trucks set up (they were doing the biz too)

“The proprietress is very hospitable, I ate an authentic Chinese food in a foreign country, which made me very touched, and the owner of this shop talked a lot, their service taste is very good, and gave me a free spring roll. Lots of vegetables and a variety of mushroom fried rice that tastes, just right for a good experience！“

“I just moved back to ohio. I went today for a wine tasting. EXCELLENT in customer service Kelly was. She's patient and kind during the testing. I ended up buying 6 bottles for my house warming. “I first want to start off by saying how great of a job Maggie did! Line was full of people but she made sure to greet and take the time to listen to each customers order with full attention to detail. I got the strawberry matcha with a blueberry muffin and was PHENOMENAL!! Boyfriend got a lemonade and the bacon egg and cheese bagel with avocado and tomato and was so glad he got two! Atmosphere is beautiful and gives off an authentic modern coffee look. Amazing staff and even more amazing coffee“

I'd requested extra writing and they nailed it and clearly put effort into the piping. They also did not scrimp on the fudgy crunch layer, as a different location did one year. “I have been going to this place ever since I was a kid, even with family, this is the only pizza place I really love, customer service is amazing, if our order is messed up they fix it easily even if we are in a rush, perfect for Parties or events like school ones when u call in to order, not the best when there is a rush sometimes, atmosphere can get stressful a few times, management and the team are doing amazing!

Parking: Sometimes when they are in a rush it gets pretty full

Kid-friendliness: Free little ceasers cookies for the kids and they even have lollipops for like around 50 cents or something I think?“

Our server was Melissa. She was attentive and and treated us as if it was the beginning of her shift. I am now re-evaluating how I approach my employment. I finished my meal inspired to do a better job where I work---and most of all, to be more kind.
