“Nice little hometown place! Great stop for someone coming through from out of town if you want the Arcanum experience. The place was very very clean. Moped floors and freshly painted walls. Ice cream was very good with large serving sizes. Large menu selection as well.“

“Kathy’s has hands down thee best service around restaurant wise in Darke county. From the wait staff, crew and even Kathy herself. I’ve been here many times, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Never felt rushed in any way here to “leave” after eating. The Staff is absolutely top notch, polite, caring, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure your visit is a great one. The place is always an inviting, and pleasant experience. The food is great, being here many times I’ve tried most of the menu and have no complaints. Not a single one, on any visit. Kathy’s Restaurant is truly a hidden gem here in Darke county, amongst all the hustle and bustle of all the big name places that always make you feel rushed and that you, as a customer aren’t that important. “PIZZA!!! They closed for a while a couple years back, we were there the day they reopened for the pizza. The best, and our favorite. We also like the wings, burgers, and quasadias.

Kid-friendliness: It's a bar that serves food, so not exactly kid friendly, but kids aren't out of place either.

Parking: There can be limited parking, it is all street parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp, but the entry and layout isn't wheelchair friendly. Restrooms are not even close to ADA either.“

“I haven’t seen a Hardies for yrs. It was a good meal of a hamburger and large fries and small pop. It is very expensive here. The food is good and better than most fast food places but I don’t know that the cost is fare. Mine was over 10$ for just me. It’s good but not that good to make it worth the money you will spend.“

“I have heard for years that the sandwiches are great. I finally had the chance to try them, and they didn't didn't disappoint. The building is small and they don't have a lot to choose from. You might have to wait in line, but it's worth it. The sandwich is a little small but priced right and tastes delicious. Go there, get two sandwiches and you won't be disappointed.“
