As soon as you walk in, they make an effort to recognize you—typically no backs turned, no passive aggressive nudge to order at the kiosk like a robot. They’re genuinely welcoming and personable. The drive-thru is fast, the dining room is above average clean, no horrow shows in the bathroom, and the sandwiches? Never smashed or sloppily thrown together when I've stopped in—just made right. Some people got home and realized a mistake was made and 1 starred this place. Ashland is so lucky to have this spot; you’d have to venture to some remote place like Mormon Idaho to stumble across a McDonald’s this special. Keep striving for greatness!“
