McDonald's in Massillon

“This is my son's favorite McDonalds location in Jackson. The staff is always super friendly (unlike the Everhard location), and we rarely have mistakes on orders. We're always greeted with a smile whether going through the drive thru or eating inside. I took my son inside to eat over the weekend and he loved sitting at the little computer area and playing games while he waited for his food. Of the two screens, one was working and the other wasn't. Not a huge deal. He played a science game while he ate his food. He enjoyed it - that's all that matters! The dining room area/tables and bathrooms were clean too.“

“I get to the menu at the drive thru and wait a couple ended up asking if I could give my order. She gets on the microphone ask what I would like say a number 1 large with diet coke and a double cheese burger. Gives me the price I goto the window and im waiting for 12 minutes never told me why then hand me my food I leave im missing my double cheese burger fries are hot so I figured I was waiting on them. Big Mac was good as well. The waiting was ridiculous when it 10 at night and I was the only one in line.“

“First of all i love comming here the food is always hot and fresh, the service is outstanding, they never fail to make my day! When I walk in it is very clean, the environment is amazing to sit and eat in. When I come through the drive through the curly headed ginger is always so friendly, very good at making conversation and giving me fresh food every time. Never disappoints, highly recommend this McDonald's!“

“Went to McDonald’s with my grandfather last night for dinner. My grandfather used the McDonald’s app to order our food, and we only had to wait a few minutes when we arrived before an employee brought it out to the car. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, a large fry and a large Coke. The food tasted great. Highly recommended.“
