“I went into McDonalds yesterday at 10:45 at Belden Village and Everhard rd location. I went inside and placed my order and the lady in a blue shirt and black yoga pants said they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. I was a little disappointed and left. I walked an outside towards my SUV and the same lady stopped and said that they had one breakfast sandwich left and asked me to come back inside. She said it would take a minute to warm it up and she added a scrambled egg to the sandwich. I was very thankful and went to pay for it and she said that it was on her. I went to leave a $5 tip to no avail. I just wanted to say thank you to her and that entire staff for going above and beyond and making my mom very happy. If I could give 10 stars I would.“
“Felt like McDonald's like I use to know it...someone behind the counter,people in the restaurant..nice.I equate McDonald's to a drive thru place now...if you go inside your ignored.
But not this location..they still have people behind the counter and people in the restaurant“
“I stop here so often for my morning coffee that the staff practically recognizes me. Everyone is incredibly polite, from the friendly greeting when I pay to the second window where my coffee is handed over almost instantly. It’s the perfect, quick start to my day!“
“So, I paid with a $50 and the total was roughly $35, but the cashier accidently gave me $25 back. Just so management/owners know, the missing $10 was an accident. The McDonalds in Ithaca totally forgot part of my order a couple months ago, so put the missing $10 on them honestly. The food was good.“
“Sometimes you get lucky and you go to McDonalds and the food is hot and your order is correct. Your fries are that perfect golden color because they weren’t cooked in old grease. And somebody working there put just the right amount of salt. Not only that but your small fry is so full it looks like a medium. Your sandwich is put together, everything lined up and your mayo isn’t all over the bun and wrapper.
I just know that McDonalds puts fairy dust on their fries because how else could they make us so happy? 🤫 And on this night I got lucky. I got the best McDonalds I’ve had in a long time. It’s the little things in life, you know?

“Anyone that knows me, knows I don't like McDonald's. With that said, my daughter loves it and so Iet her indulge every once in a while. This is the first McDonald's that I have been to where the food matches the pictures. The freshness was there and it wasn't a grease put together mess. The overall seat down area was very clean as well. Only thing I will complain is that they didn't remove the pickles I had mentioned in my order. Which at the freshness of the food, I can let that one be overlooked this time. Overall one of the best experiences I have ever had at a McDonald's.“
“My son and I stopped in this location. For a moment. We were greeted by wonderful, friendly and attentive staff! The lobby was clean. Everyone was professional, helpful & friendly. A wonderful amazing worker named Janice. Was helpful, amazing and awesome. Folks if your ever in Canton. Stop by this location. Stop in and ask for Janice! She goes the distance, such a lovely woman. Parking: With parking available on two sides of the lot it's easy to accommodate yourself when arriving at mc Donald's fast food“
“An employee Janie, who generally works the drive-through is an excellent employee and always efficiently gets the orders out has a great personality and today she returned money. I wasn’t paying attention to and deserve to be recognized. Being in the middle of three locations, don’t go to any of the others.“
“There is about 3 workers there that are respectful to customers. One of them goes by the name of Landon. I did not ask for his last name, but he is of one of the best workers West Tusc has had in years! He was respectful to me, and my 2 kids. Not to mention he was showing me how to use the app inside and how to get the best deals for the best value. Very respectful to my 2 kids and put up with my little girls attitude with no complaints. Very bright future for this young kid and a very handsome young man. I am hoping to see him next time I get happy meals and a meal for myself!“

its currently 9:21pm and not even five minutes after my husband and i got home, i ran to type this review. The cone this girl gave me was to die for, it was smashed in all its goodness in a plastic cup filled to the brim topped with a beautiful pristine cone. i couldn't even wait to get home , we didn't even leave the parking lot before it was gone.
the iced caramel coffees, oh my lord, they are the BEST iced coffees we've ever had from a mcdonald's in all the years we've gone there. it's absolutely fire, it's beautiful and just scrumptious, my eyes indulged before my stomach even could.
best late night munchies in history.“
