Food is always a hit or miss when it comes to freshness.... When I worked at McDonald's, we had a very strict time frame of how long the food should stay under the warmers until they had to be tossed and remade, No matter what it was. Here you either get nuggets, burgers or fries that are either shortly done being made, or ones that have been made like 15 minutes ago.... which is a huge shame because me and my family used to always get McDonald's on Fridays or Saturdays when we...read full review

McDonald's is a popular fast food chain known for its burgers, fries, and milkshakes. One of their standout items is the McDouble, a simple yet delicious burger with juicy beef patties and perfectly cooked cheese. The place is generally clean, and the drive-thru service is usually quick. Recently, some customers have noticed that the staff provides less attention, and ordering through the computer board can sometimes slow down the process. When staff are physically present, service tends to be faster and smoother. Customers have praised the staff for being friendly and providing fast, hot food, especially during the evening hours. However, there have been issues with order accuracy, such as receiving a medium mocha frappé in a large cup filled with whipped cream, and occasional slow service, with wait times of 15-16 minutes for food and delivery orders. Despite these challenges, McDonald's remains a good option for a quick and satisfying meal, with the McDouble standing out as a tasty and affordable choice in a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
