I had an easy order on my way to work this morning. Two simple items. One was a carmel frappe with extra drizzle. Still messed it up. I watched the manager tell the employee that it was made incorrectly, pointing to the cup, but proceeded to hand it to me anyways. When I asked about why it looked wrong, she lied to my face and told me CARMEL DRIZZLE ISNT ALLOWED IN THE CUP ANYMORE. Hahaha. What? Then why is it in the recipe? Why is it IN MY CUP at the top?
