McDonald's in Austintown

“Folks here are always very nice, professional and helpful. The restaurant is always virtually spotless both inside and out. They are also accurate with special requests and give you a fair amount for what you pay for. Best McDonald's I've ever been to in 58 years.“

“I go to the McDonald's in Austintown Ohio on New Rd. The people who work there are always nice and when I did have a problem with my food I called the number that is posted on their drive through window and spoke with Heather the district manager who is over 50 McDonalds and she is the only person who services our area and I left a message and she got right back to shw was awesome she listens and then she also told me she would make sure my grievances with that McDonald would be communicated to the restaurant manager and she did because I went back and the French fry grease was definitely changed lol. Then with me asking she offered me free meal coupons and a week later I got them in the mail. She was awesome and I like to give credit when credit is due.

“I'm not sure why this McDonalds doesn't have more stars. They are the only ones in the area that get my order right. I get the same thing basically every time. I get a double cheeseburger with extra pickles and extra mustard only. I never have to check my order before pulling off at this one but the others either put ketchup on my burger or don't even bother to put extra pickles or mustard. Another thing, the fries here are never cold. I've even gone a little before closing and they are still great. I also appreciate that I am not rushed at the speaker. I drive out of my way to go to this location for these reasons. Don't even bother with the one on Mahoning. You'll wait forever for your food and it's never right. Anyway, being pregnant, I appreciate a correct order and extra pickles! :)“
