McDonald's in Ravenna

“This is the worst mc Donald's had 2 big macs fries and cokes. They were cold all of it sandwich were falling apart buns were hard fries were cold. There are to many young kids working in their and they don't work they just play around it's time to get older people or send people through to grade the people I would be willing to do that just so you can see how they play around and don't do there work. And you got rid of biscuits and gravy one of the best sellers. I go to Ravenna and I get my biscuits and gravy and it's always good and hot and people are very friendly. Maybe that's where I'll start going because they care about their business. Not about friends being friends and not doing their work and just playing around. Good luck with this McDonald's cuz you need it“

“My husband and I were in McDonald’s on main st in Ravenna ohio ! It was full of kids and family which made such an enjoyable atmosphere! There was one employee that made my day not by something she did for me but how she just completely straightened out a situation with a few kids the person at the register could not figure out how to take care of it. I believe she was new! But I think the girls name was Debbie took over and handled the problem. That didn’t seem to bother her and the kids were happy. Later she was out on the floor bringing out orders and stopping to let people know their food was on the way! I sure hope that this McDonald’s keeps her she is a little older lady but moved around that floor like a young person… And she did it all with a smile!!!“
