“The young man at the drive thru window had the best attitude! Unfortunately I grabbed the wrong wallet when I left home and all I had was change, the majority being pennies. I know this is a nightmare for cashiers, especially in a drive thru window. I profusely apologized and we had a few jokes and laughs. He was such a great sport and such a difference from the employees I normally deal with at the Dueber SW location. What a breath of fresh air to have friendly service even under the worst of circumstances when I wouldn't have blamed him if he had been irritated by the situation. I wish I had thought to get his name so that I could have let his manager know how awesome he was. The nuggets were fresh and hot as well.“
“I had the pleasure of having my order taken by a delightful woman named Kara. She was pleasant and quick witted. Unfortunately due to McDonalds support of the genocide of the Palestinian people I can no longer justify ordering Big Macs but when Palestine is free and Israel is a bad memory I will visit Kara again for the best Big Mac ever.
