“The kiosks at this location had a glitch, but there was this fantastic employee (who seemed like a manager) who took the time to explain the system and how to avoid said glitch in the future. She was super friendly and ended up giving me my coffee for free! And when I finally was driving off, she smiled waved at me! Talk about going the extra mile! I'd totally give this place a solid 10/10, and I look forward to returning again! (There seemed to be a lot of traffic in the drive thru which is why I went inside.)“
“Honestly--I've been to McDonalds all across this country. This McDonalds is by far-the friendliest, effectively managed McDonalds I've ever experienced. Always greeted with a smile, always left with a "thank you, have a nice day". Who'd think McDonalds would restore my hope for humanity!“
“Had a good experience at this McDonald's. The Manager was friendly and attentive. Ordered the dinner box and they brought it out on trays, but I explained my husband and I were going to eat our chicken nuggets and fish sandwich onsite, but take the rest home for my son. He went and grabbed the box and apologized for the inconvenience. It was nothing I am capable of putting the box together and adding the food to it myself. I think the employees at this McDonald's should be treated with respect and they deserve it. The store was clean as well.“

“Well, in all honesty, I didn't even eat there. I had been driving for over an hour and had a few Mean Bean coffees during the drive. Knowing the area well, as I have lived around the area for several years, I decided to do something about the knocking on my kidneys. So I stopped in and utilized the McRestroom. It was as clean as it was small and properly stocked with essential TP, paper towels and working air dryer. It even had a Mc Baby changing station in the mens McRestroom. I often wonder how many men actually use the McBaby station to change a baby (into what I'm unsure) and not for use of street pharmacuticles and price tag removal. Things that make you go "hmmm"?. Anyway, I digress, after answering the knock on my kidneys I was walking past the cashier and who had a HUGE smile and asked me if I wanted a Mocha Frappe that was accidentally made and was going to be thrown out. Yes she was a cutie I must admit. I said "Absolutely, I appreciate it. You didn't happen to accidentally make a Big Mac combo meal and a order of chicken nuggets with sweet n sour sauce by chance did you?" She giggled. Then she said "Hold on'". Went in the back and returned with a McBag and the Mc frappe , handed it to me and with a sly grin she said ," sorry for messing up your order." I replied " Ehh, no problema, mucho gracias." When I opened the McBag in the car there was basically everything I didn't order and alot more. Grinning and shaking my head, I walked back in , waited my turn in line. When I got up to the cashier again, she smiled and started fidgeting, I asked her name. She told me. I said "well Ms. ..." and handed her a folded $20, "I accidently put my name and number in there, talk to you soon".Vegetarian options: Mocha Frappes should be considered a Vegetarian drink.Kid-friendliness: They have a McBaby changing Mcstation in the McRestroom, can't get much more kid McFriendly than that. “Very nice. Went through the drive thru so didn't see inside but looked clean from the front booth. The staff were very nice as well! They pulled us forward to wait for our food and brought it out pretty quickly with condiments we had asked for in the bag and our order was right. So many times food is wrong or something is missing, but they have my vote today! Keep up the great work! ??“
“Okay but tell me why the staff is actually SO NICE. like everyone that works there is sweet and it seems like they all get along. I legit love it. I went to get my dad some food and asked for extra pickles for me and miss girl hooked me up! The manager is AWESOME. Fast food gets a bad rap for the employees usually but this specific location hired gems! I guess what they say is true, employees make or break establishments. “I feel im being generous w these stars, for the fallowing reasons.. im nastalgic to this location been coming here since i was a kid we werent raised on fast food so this place is a treat still to this day. Everytime i try to pre order on ap this is the only location that does not work, on the plus side the icecream & milkshakes are always available & at other locations the icecream machiene isnt working. i like that mcdonalds coca cola is consistantly perfect, above the rest in any restaraunt. Enough about me, i would like to give a lil heads up to whomever reads this to possibly avoid certian, or prepare for, the fallowing "for sure" things if you are in a wheelchair, the double doors couldnñmmcvñ be a challenge- i would suggest curbside- if you magic & mmɓvɓɓ“
“They are very accurate and consistent with their orders and how they help customers if anybody needed anything they were there to help if you got a problem on the kiosk they were there to help and or fix it I would recommend this McDonald'“
“Quick, clean and efficient drive through. They were friendly and fast and my food order was piping hot. Their breakfast cinnamon rolls are especially good. With very little traffic I got through quickly and found a nice spot to park, enjoy breakfast and look out over the surrounding area.“
“This McDonald's is consistent like all the others. We visited for a quick meal before replacing my hot water tank. We had a long day ahead of us, so we needed to get a quick, cheap meal in. My dad requested fish sandwiches, my son - chicken nuggets, and myself - a spicy chicken sandwich. Our food was served very quickly, but they mixed up the cars in the drive thru. Anyway, the food was good, as usual.“
“This is a cleaner McDonald’s for being in the Akron area. My only problem, is people coming in from the outside asking for money. I understand Akron has a homeless problem, but it makes it hard to enjoy sitting down for fast food. Highly recommended drive-through. It really does seem to be a clean store.“
“It took forever to get my food, and the fries were actually cold by the time I got to my truck. Plus the prices have gone up and the sandwiches have gotten way smaller... The self check-out is a joke. It seems to slow the ordering process down. As well as a loss of personal contact with the customer base by using these systems.“
“Bringing attention to the delicious food made in this restaurant but more importantly, Danial who I met today who took my order. I asked him low carbs the picture you see is what he prepared for me with the team. Thank you so much for listening. I didn't want any bread low carbs, right This is the quarter pounder with cheese.He mentioned his father in a great conversation. I had with him talking about how much better he's doing because he's lowered his carb intake. Bill is his name they want him to retire but he's driving on and trying to get better. Daniel always had a smile the whole time he was in the restaurant. I appreciate this type of attitude and what a pleasant experience and I would come back I'm a trucker just delivering plants up the street.Ironically, the lady taking my order across the street at Valley Café kind of barked at me in a sense when I was trying to yes I will take the special omelette. Is that what you said omelette then she said, are you eating here or out? I said I don't know yet. She said we don't take orders like this over the phone. I said well then forget it. I might across the street I said I'm right across the street , then I said forget it.Regardless, I ended up spending eight dollars buying a blender to eat healthier anyway at the thrift store and a thermos and then eating at McDonald's and using the app. Thanks you guys good luck across the street lol“
“I didn’t think to ask the young lady’s name, but I spoke to her manager about her. The young lady is the embodiment of McDonald’s gold standards of service.She recognizes me as a regular mobile order customer as soon as I walk into the restaurant. Today, she saw me, laughed and said “You know I usually have your order ready!” She’s right, she usually does - which is why I didn’t care about the short wait at all today. She even noticed that I changed up my order. This young lady is just the most pleasant, hardworking crew. I wish she would have been on my crew when I was a McDonald’s manager.Rubber City McDonald’s owner/operator(s) need to recognize her.“
