Not sure what McDonald's this is rating but the one in Marietta ohio was bad didn't give me what I ordered... went inside 3 workers just stared at me never came over to counter to offer assistance... another customer was behind me same issue and also mad the the workers ignored us. Then when worker gave us food we already paid for ..had attitude and gave food to us and the walked away saying nothing...I know its McDonald's but have a lil customer service....
Never gets my orders right
The self service machine didn't print out a receipt but a manager was able to print one out for me. I asked an employee to please print one out and she said she couldn't do that. I asked for a manager since I knew it was possible but I didn't want to argue with an employee. Tables could use a wipe. I waited 11 minutes for 3 happy meals. There was only one other customer in the restaurant. Maybe don't come here if you're in a rush.
