It is what it is. Lacking the once famed cleanliness of their shops and well trained and neatly managed employees. Unfortunately, SBUX has become so under managed in their system of success that it is no better than the McDonald's of coffee shops nowadays.
I went to this location a few days ago with my friends and Abigail gave us the best service I've ever experienced. Coffee and atmosphere were perfect. Mad respect to this Starbucks and Abigail!
