The bun was hard. Chili was cold.and wasn't even a full serving. The soda was filled so full that it was coming out the lid all over my car.No napkins. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Wendy's.
The nightshift manager, James, was very upbeat and energetic. He had great energy and made a great impression!
Ordered food for 3, got parked waiting on two chicken sandwiches with 3 frosties melting. Got home frosties melted and fries not even fresh and soggy.
Service is terrible here.

Wendy's is a busy restaurant that maintains a high level of service despite its crowds. The food is often hot and good, with large portions available, such as the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag. The ambiance is enhanced by a beautiful two-way fireplace. However, the restaurant falls short in terms of accessibility, with a heavy bathroom door and no automatic opener for wheelchair users. Some orders may be incorrect, but the staff are generally friendly and hardworking, always busy with orders or cleaning.
