I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King location due to the manager named Hope. She seemed incredibly lazy and uninterested in helping customers. Instead of managing the team and ensuring good service, she was often seen lounging around and ignoring the needs of the customers. This lack of effort made the entire visit unpleasant.
