For this dunkin being in a run down city (Ashtabula) people call it Trashtabula.
They staff is pleasant and service is accurate and quick

One Star — Terrible experience.
This was easily one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m from Boston, so I know Dunkin’. The woman with braids at the front was extremely unfriendly and basically denied my business right away. Before helping me, she immediately asked if I had a mobile order or if I was just walking in, like walk-in customers were a problem.
