I stopped in after I had visited another shop to get some coffee. The vibe was very chill, but it was lively. I had never been before, so I asked the guy behind the register what he recommended and he showed me a special menu for drinks and let me know they could probably whip up whatever I wanted. I asked him for something with hazelnut and he made me a delicious coffee! The owner (I think it was the owner) even thanked me for coming in. Super friendly folks, delicious coffee! I will be back! Shop local, and you'll find gems like this one!

I simply went in with friends and hadn't been in for a long time. It's a very welcoming place to sit down with a book and a cup of coffee but we just got coffee to go.

Kylie, Olivia,ans Sylvia are very friendly,courteous and graciously help to the FSB mission. They are very supportive of my son's ESA dog. Harbor Perk has an amazing setting and a wide variety of coffee's and food. We will visit this establishment again.

Amazingly friendly staff, with the owners being super intimate about making sure your experience is as welcoming as their coffee is delicious. Many varieties of drinks, with an ever changing list of coffee beans and locally provided snacks from across Ashtabula

Great coffee!! We’ve been each day that we’ve been here! We’ve had Oak Milk Lattes and Decaf Cafe au Lait. Both were great. They have a fun vibe, lots of tables and great music. I watched a constant stream of people ordering coffees, frappes, smoothies and getting a cookie or nibble. It’s a great stop for coffee in Ashtabula!
