Like most middle aged fat guys, I am a connoisseur of breakfast foods, and Bridge St. Galley is my new happy place. Everything I have tried has been amazing but the bagel I got the other day set the bar for all other breakfast sandwiches to be measured by. A properly toasted, fresh "everything" bagel, a generous, well seasoned sausage patty hot enough to melt the cheese and TWO perfectly fried eggs. Anyone in Ashtabula who is still buying fast food bagel sandwiches must hate themselves.
