Terrible service. Orders are wrong. We tried them one more time today, Saturday for lunch time. Sign on door says hours and indicate open. Door was locked. A worker at the drive thru windows did not want to talk to us. I am done with this Ashtabula store
I placed a small online delivery order for myself. It's now 3 hours later and nothing has been delivered. Tried calling multiple times and waited for 20 minutes at a time while nobody ever answered. Nobody cared to contact me about what the delay is. I'll be canceling the transaction with the bank. I should have learned from a previous experience that this location is not worth doing business with. There are other pizza places in the area.
