I write this review in memory of the once great big mamma’s burrito. Went there tonight for the first time in 2 years. The regular size burrito I received was the size of a the past baby burrito. The taste was awesome 5/5. The quantity vs value 1/5. Disappointed Long time Big Mamma’s fan 🥲
It saddens me to write this. I have been a Big Mama’s fan since they opened, I’m a townie! Would still choose Big Mama’s over Chipotle or burrito Buggy (which Ive never had). The change happened years ago, but every time it has declined! I’m the type to get it for lunch and go through mayhem just to park and get it, so it’s not just drunk food! But it was the worst tonight and I was the only one in line, it was still horrible, that’s enough! I don’t even write reviews,...read full review
First time customers. Will definitely be returning. General Manager was very kind and helpful. Only recommendation would be some type of kids menu. Thanks!
