no response over concern after multiple tries at contacting them over actions of a couple of their employees
I've given this place three chances but I'm done now. I have been to many Chipotle restaurants and love the food when it's fresh and service is good but this has to be the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Food is never fresh, guac is brown and chips are rubbery and not crunchy have to be days old every time. Understaffed and service is terrible everyone always angry and don't care what you are asking for. Run out of stuff frequently and it's not managed properly at all. Really...read full review
