First two sours were wonderful. The pickled vegetables app was perfect. Then I lingered for dinner and things jumped off the rails. Maybe someone had a concept with the Gorda Gorda entree, but it did not work. A third of the plate was just left over bulk vegetables, and the remainder did not come together. It was bad. The beer pairing - Mexican Lager - was weak.
Stopped by a few weeks ago ...was hoping to sit in a little air conditioning given the brutal heat wave, but it was very warm inside. I guess it's hard to cool a place that big down. Had a burger ...strangely small looking, maybe because it's more of a giant meatball shape than a normal burger shape? It's about the same amount of meat as a regular burger, I think. Could be flattened out so that it's easier to eat, but then they would have to buy bread that's...
I've been to Little Fish several times and every visit was phenomenal. Great staff that's knowledgeable of the menu to help you find what you're looking for. Delicious food. (Get the chimmichuri fries!!!) And plenty of vegan options or swaps so everyone can enjoy. Grab a seat outside if the weather is nice and live your best life at Little Fish.
