Court of Fools: Act II – The Great Escape of the Ruby

Just as Shadow Moon slammed the turbo lever (half car, half chariot, all chaos), the river itself decided to join the party. Water sprouted legs, spun around like an octopus with a caffeine addiction, and started dancing a tango with Alexander the Great White Dragon. His fangs sparkled like ice scrapers on a roller coaster, leaving tiny frozen shards midair.

Leonardo da Vinci, now riding a flying easel with a propeller, shouted instructions to the invisible light-whip demons:
“Strike at precisely 2:17… or whenever! Time is a suggestion!”

Blade, ever dramatic, twirled the ruby over his head. Suddenly it sprouted tiny wings and started flapping around like a confused hummingbird. “Really?” he groaned, “Does nothing stay still in this city?”

Hades and Heyoke, still masked, launched a synchronized double backflip off the Trojan Horse’s roof, attempting to intercept the ruby-hummingbird midair. Their helmets glinted like disco balls, reflecting random strobe lights from the chaos demons, causing three shadow people summoned earlier to trip over one another and accidentally summon another three shadow people—this time in tutus.

Meanwhile, Mrs. ET was calmly setting up a cosmic scoreboard, because obviously the Court of Fools needed points. “Whoever touches the ruby last,” she explained, “gets to choose the next absurd disaster.”

The 800 red-bearded warriors, now riding flaming unicycles, started chanting:
“Speed of gods! Speed of gods! Speed… of… dragon… teeth!”
Half of them were actually just arguing over whose beard was the most aerodynamic.

And somewhere behind it all, in a quiet corner, a Mayan shadow face peeked from the window—looking mildly impressed at the speed, the chaos, and the dramatic flair.

Great place to ride to with a group or just go in for one after work and shoot some pool. Much more laid back than the hectic college bars up the road!

They pour them strong at the Skull.

This is a quirky town bar with lots of friendly people. Some of them are a little weird, which adds to the charm.

The owners of The Smiling skull have graciously decided to help our 5th annual Masonic Car and Bike Show with cases of water for the motorcycle cooling station. All proceeds from the car show go to help the homeless veterans that are coming out of the hospitals in our area!
