Everything was cooked really good, I ordered a steak with steak fries, and the seasoned rice. It would appear that Texas Roadhouse as a chain has become much more loader than before. I understand this is more of the class of people that Texas Roadhouse attracts, but sometimes it's a little too much. For instance, the music was so loud I could not here the person I was with. The waiters & waitresses are always friendly and the food is really good. I usually get the ribeye and the wife a filet.
