There must be a new manager whom answers the phone , atleast he says he is. I always order thin and crispy and both times I received hand tossed. When I ask if I can receive a credit he says no you clearly did not state thin and crispy. Really, look at my history of orders, always thin and crispy. Placed my online order today for delivery. It was never delivered. Tried calling 10 times, nobody picked up. Drove there and it’s closed. Dominos still charged my debit card for the order, the delivery fee, and the driver tip. Of course there’s no phone call customer service. The Aurora, Ohio location is awful.
