I don’t normally leave reviews, but i’ve tried this place for carry out, and delivery, plenty of times. Not only is the customer service atrocious when you have an issue, they aren’t even ever open to order a pizza. If your hours and google says you’re open, why can I not call, or order online for pickup OR delivery? You are a chain, you don’t have the luxury of picking your own hours. I need this place under new management, or to just go away.

Pizza came burnt as u can see don’t understand why they would even send it out like that I mean u seen it was burnt when u cut it after it came out the oven…also it took over 1hr to reach someone to get my pizza remade so that was a little aggravating but they did deliver me a new one and it’s like they put too much garlic paste on there like I asked for extra but they put absolutely too much didn’t enjoy the pizza at all actual wasted it. But I do give 3 stars for service because the delivery driver was very polite and he also agreed the pizza was burnt

This place is awful. Ordered pizza for our two daughters and baby sitter at 3 pm to be delivered 5:45 pm and they cancelled when it was supposed to be delivered at 5:40 pm.

I called in and they said “Sorry we only have 1 driver so only deliveries over $40.00”.

I’m shocked you can find it acceptable to cancel an order 5 minutes prior to when it was supposed to be delivered when it was placed 2-1/2 hours in advance.

Will NEVER order from here again. This place will likely go out of business!!

Must be under new ownership. This place used to actually have great pizza and now it is a compete crap show! They mark orders as compete 20/30 minutes before it actually arrives. Then the staff is totally rude when you call to ask about delivery. We were also missing an entire large pizza and they refused to make it right. No food, no refund. Great way to conduct business! Never again!

When I ordered through the app it said delivery at 5pm. It didn’t come until 5:40. The food was cold. They don’t deliver in insulated bags! The person who delivered got out of their car….made no eye contact or acknowledgement of me standing right in front of them….placed the food on the stairs instead of handing it too me. Really odd. The chicken was suppose to have 8 pieces. It was maybe 5 good pieces and 3 small ones that were mostly breading and unedible. Won’t be ordering Dominos again thats for sure. This was their 2nd chance too.

I will never order from Domino's ever again. We ordered delivery for a specific time and it was an hour late. The phone number at the Aurora store was not working...just rang and rang. I had to call the store in Solon to see how I could talk to the manager at the Aurora store because there was no other way to check on the order status. He laughed and said he knew someone who used to work there, would relay the issues with our order. Prior to this, one order we had was delivery and cash payment. Before the driver would bring it to the door, he said he wouldn't give it to us unless he saw the cash first. Lastly, on another delivery, the driver said we need to give him a great review even though there was nothing difficult or special about the order. Horrible service. Save your money and keep frozen pizzas on hand.

If I could put a zero star i will. I've ordered twice now from this location and the first time the food came and no one told me they didn't have the meat for my sub so they showed up with everything but the sub and now tonight I ordered and it says the food has been delivered and enjoy but yet no food I've tried to call and their phone system stops working as the robot answers what a joke it's not rocket science it's pizza and the fact of the matter is I'm trying to have it for lunch thanks for nothing but wasting my time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I literally order an Ultimate Pepperoni pizza and I end up getting a plain cheese pizza without one slice of pepperoni. Also, I ordered garlic bites with marinara sauce and they didn’t give me any sauce either. How hard is it to just look at the simple order and give me what I ordered? I’m done with this location.

I showed up during a very non-busy time after ordering ahead. The food was still not finished 20 minutes after order with no other customers to make pizzas for. The pizza was burnt on the crust and the employees were in the back room not paying attention when I arrived. I'd go to the streetsboro location before going to this one.

This place has gone downhill fast under the new management, and I'm warning you, **proceed with extreme caution!** My experience with their delivery service has been nothing short of a complete disaster, not once, but *twice*.

Both times, I ordered delivery and received a notification that my pizza had been delivered... but it wasn't. It seems they mark orders as delivered to avoid negative consequences from corporate, which is a shady practice in itself.

The first time, after being initially quoted a 30-minute delivery time, and then seeing the pizza marked as delivered, I had to call *twice* to track down my order. Each time I was told the driver had 'just left.' Two hours later, a lukewarm pizza finally arrived.

Foolishly, I gave them a second chance. Big mistake. The same scenario played out, only this time it took a staggering 3.5 hours! I finally had enough and told them to cancel the order and refund my money. This was three week ago as of [2/20/2025], the refund has *still* not materialized, and I'm currently dealing with corporate to get my money back.

What really pushed me over the edge was the audacity of the driver showing up *after* I had canceled the order because Gionino's Pizzeria had already delivered my food! I explained to him that we had canceled, and his response was a dismissive 'no problem.' Yes, it *is* a problem! This is unacceptable service.

**Forget giving them a chance. They clearly don't deserve it.**

**In short: avoid this place at all costs!** In my opinion, they're completely dishonest and untrustworthy, especially considering they haven't refunded my money. Spend your hard-earned dollars at a more reputable establishment like @ Gionino's Pizzeria that values its customers and provides reliable service. You'll save yourself time, frustration, and potentially your money. Consider this a major warning.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Online ordering said it was going to be 18-26 min and it turned into 1 1/2 hours. If you're running behind, I can be understanding but there is a responsibility of the business to communicate. I find this to be completely unacceptable.

They are either super punctual or terrible. We are still waiting for our food and hour and 20 minute later. Tried to call the store to check and were hung up on. Customer service sucks and the rewards that are given are garbage.

I was going to just contact the Corporate customer service line but there isn't one. Please, please turn off your Order Tracker. It doesn't work. I've ordered twice in the last month and both times the tracker said, the order was ready and then wait for 10-15 more minutes for the order to actually be ready. It's a nice marketing thing but it doesn't work and all it does is frustrate your customers.
