Unacceptable Experience at Domino's! I ordered a plain cheese pizza, but it arrived with a piece of sausage in it! this was extremely upsetting. When I brought it to their attention, they didn’t even care — no apology, no resolution, nothing.
How can i raise a notice on this.

I used to order dominos regularly for my family! However in the past year each time it’s a terrible experience from the food being over cooked and cold to the customer service. They treat customers so careless and the delivery time being delayed but the tracker is marked as complete . Its very unfortunate that I will know longer be able to order from this location.

I made an online order and 20 minutes into my 30 minute lunch still waiting so I call and the guy said they didn’t have a driver and I need to pick it up I said I can’t because I’m at work and my lunch is almost over he said well if you wait an hour we’ll deliver it. I said no I just want a refund he said okay and hung up the phone in my face. I called back and said that was rude and how will I get my refund he said the manager will refund it. Well that was last Wednesday and it’s Wednesday again so I called and spoke with the manager he said he didn’t see an order associated with my number and instead of asking me if I had a confirmation email he simply said there’s nothing he can do. HOW? Corporate is non existent they only have bots that text and email you.

Update to 5*stars******Best brownie/cookies I ever had!!!! Perfectly gooey/chewy on the inside and just the right amount of crispy on the edges. I want to thank the owner so much for showing me what they're like, when they are baked perfectly. ********They were ordered a NY style pizza and I used a coupon from the site for a discount & free bread bites (if that's what they are called...lol) and brownie/cookies. The pizza was Delicious ?. The bread bites were very good. The brownie/cookies were too burned to eat ?. But again the PIZZA was great. I would definitely get more pizza.

Absolutely disgusting. Received an expired salad that was brown & rotting lettuce. Purchased on my way to another destination. We would have returned this item. Pizza was mediocre.
It's dominos, so it's not like I'm expecting something like a small brick oven pizza. And for Domino's, they are always prompt, friendly, and the pizza always meets our expectations. Once we had some pepperoni that just tasted old and the owner replaced the whole pizza free of charge.

NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!! i ordered some garlic twists and cheese dip sauce to be delivered to my house at 7:15pm on july 14th and they were delivered over TWO HOURS LATER at 9:30pm! the delivery time kept getting pushed back further and further as i watched the driver on the domino’s driver tracker go back and forth from my neighborhood all the way back to the store 3 TIMES. DROVE PAST MY HOUSE MULTIPLE TIMES. my food was cold by the time they bothered to show up. this location will never receive another penny from my family ever again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Very friendly culture and food was super fresh and tasty I waited for 10 minutes and they had my order ready which was 4 large speciality pizzas and 2 orders of lava cakes. The fastest food place I ever been too high recommend and will come back
