The cashier I had through the drive-thru was extremely rude and blunt. No personality at all and was very unfriendly. The donut I had was drier than the Sahara desert and literally crumbled when I took a bite and tasted like it was four days old.

I got to matcha lattes one sausage and cheese on sour dough bread. The only thing that was correct was the two glazed donuts. You gave me this dry rye bread and you just did what you wanted to do. I didn't ask for egg but it was on there. How hard is it to follow a ticket I do all day long at work. Ill go to solon from now on .

Wow what a dumpster fire the drive thru is. 29 minutes spent in it. Of course the mobile order was still wrong as well as the 4 cars in front of me who also sent things back. Kids working have no sense of urgency or hustle. The workforce is cooked with these kids coming through.

Wow guys! If you want a donut after noon, the pickings are very thin. There were 3 donuts left in the case and some for the drive through. They ran out of plain bagels too. They only bake once a day, so I get it. The donuts we had we delicious but I cannot believe no new donuts until tomorrow. Maybe bake a few more !?

The folks here were wonderful. Went for a failed trip, and the folks treated me so great, even when I was upset due to depression. Their lattes were also amazing. And thank you to the employee for the donut.
The young ladies that worked there acted like it was a joke that there were no more maple glazed donuts after a 10 minute wait in line for the 4th time in a month! I will no longer patronize Dunkin’ Donuts in Aurora ohio

I’ve been here several times, drive through only. Every time the service is so pathetic. The staff clearly would rather be anywhere else than at their jobs, barely communicate and treat you like an inconvenience. I’ve asked for a sour cream donut several times and they say “they are discontinued”. If this is true, why Dunkin? They are such a classic donut! I’ve also been given the wrong donuts several times - I’ll order a maple cream stick and get a chocolate pudding donut. Just absolutely garbage service. I’m not going back.

I came to this location on September 15 around 1pm I literally counted five workers none of them greeted me , asked if I needed help or anything as I stood here for over five minutes. The customer service here has been terrible lately. I also stood here & watched a older man be ignored for over five minutes as well while the workers chatted with eachother about there work schedules & school schedules. After ten minutes a worker finally came to assist….

The last year this place has gone extremely downhill. Always a long line. I have to repeat my coffee order numerous times until they do it correct. Went in yesterday and the woman on speaker said hang on I waited exaclty 3 minutes then I said r u rdy now she said no hang on - so I drove away. Also a hassle to turn left out of parking lot. Wouldn’t recommend
