My usual is a Multigrain bagel breakfast sandwich and a donut. It is not a NY style bagel. It is not the best donut I have ever had. But it tastes good, has consistent quality, and generally has very friendly employees. So I can appreciate DD for what it is.

I usually get an iced latte large and I noticed a few times now that the amount of coffee filled to the top is different each time. The drive thru sucks there would be a rush hour line out to the road and they are so slow keeping cars moving. I was almost late to work because of how slow they were. I've never had too many issues with the sandwiches I've gotten they're always good sometimes really hot or only once the sausage patty was still a little cold

Better than Sta. Bu... Person making food and dropping on counter hurried, does quick announcement without persons name. Could be more than one person for the same product. Food and coffee good.

The drive-thru employee DUMPED scalding hot coffee down my arm, which I never ordered, and 2 out of the 3 items I requested were completely wrong. So now I don't have my food, I stink of coffee, and my hand and arm are throbbing in pain.
Love this place because they know I'm deaf, and not need tell my name or order number to give me right orders ?

i would leave this with 0 stars, but i can'ti am prefacing this by starting that this isn't my only bad experience with this dunkin. half the time i go here, it tastes like pee water.this time, we order 2 coffees with cream and 2 sandwiches with eggs and bacon and cheese. MY COFFEE WAS DISGUSTING. IT WAS SO BAD THAT WHEN MY FRIENDS TRIED IT TGEY RECOILED IN FEAR AND SORROW OVER WHAT THEY PUT IN THEIR MOUTH. THEN, my SANDWICH was MISSING ITS TOP BREAD.I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO SUXH A DYSFUNCTIONAL, DISGUSTING, DEGRADING FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE.then, when i went to call them, they literally hung up on mei ordered at 7:10 at friday march 22 2024please fix this

My wife and I frequently visit Dunkin locations throughout the area to order coffee and a breakfast sandwich. We are very familiar with what we order and know when something is off. Today we visited this location and ordered the usual. Both of us stated that the coffee was off and notified the staff. The manager didn’t offer to replace or give credit, she simply said that it was made right and went about her task. She clearly had no interest in making the customer happy as her attitude was terrible.
