My mom lives in the area and we sometimes visit the drive-thru for lunch. I’ve been taken aback, honestly, at the incredible customer service I’ve gotten at the window, and not just from one person. I thought it would be only weekdays but I visited this past Saturday, December 6 with my husband, telling him that the gentlemen at the window are so good, they should train others. Seriously! And what a delight - we were treated to the nicest and funniest and joyful person behind the order screen. Most people are not like this, so please - recognize these great employees. (I threw away my receipt but will keep it next time.)

Every time I’ve visited this Wendy’s location, the service has been consistently poor. The workers often have an attitude and act as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. I try to be understanding we all have rough days but it’s become the norm at this store. It really takes away from the experience, no matter how good the food is. I hope management takes time to address the customer service issues because people notice, and it matters.

Quick service even when a long line. Carson in the kitchen made my food to perfection. Dark skinned man at window was very kind. Went in last week and the young girl at window was very kind and complementive too.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ate inside of in quite a long time. I ordered a strawberry lemonade. The woman taking orders at the register proceeded take a cup and dunk it inside of the ice bin with her bare hands to get ice. This is cross contamination to ALL of the ice in the bin. The floors and booths were filthy. Employees were arguing while I was eating. Would not recommend, will not return.

Dining room was SO SLOW! We waited in line for over 15 minutes, there was one person working the counter and 2 managers working the drive through and no one was helping the counter worker. I felt badly for her, but she had one speed fulfilling the order …. Slow. Go through the drive thru if you can help it!

Chicken in snack wrap was rock hard. Burger was cold and tasted pre made like it was sitting out for a while. Fries were cold. This is 2 hours before close.

It was very busy when we were there and the wait was very long. Drive thru was backed up so we went inside. Not as many people inside but it was still a very long wait.

Decent Wendy's. The floor inside the restaurant was greasy or something, because it was kind of slippery. Not a huge deal, but kind of weird. Food was typical Wendy's food. Pretty good. Inside was also pretty cold, so we ate quickly and moved on. The order was filled accurately and quickly. I would eat here again if I were in the area.

This is the worst Wendy's have been in. They forgot half the food and our drink. They were upset when you tell them you are wrong and just let your food sit while trying to find the rest of the order. Do t get the chicken but because it is the size of a Jr and not a real piece of chicken. It is crap
