This particular location is terrible. Always out of everything. Had multiple bad experiences. If you order on the app, they only fill what they have and offer no refund. Totally ridiculous! I’ll be traveling farther to get chipotle or opt for another restaurant all together.
Had a terrible experience and no one cared to make it right. I ordered a quesadilla via the app at 12:20 with confirmation that my order would be ready at 12:30. I arrived at 12:31 to no order. After 20 minutes and numerous employees asking my name and order, a cashier finally came over at 12:52 to tell me my order had been picked up by someone else. I asked how when I had been waiting in store since 12:30 and she claimed someone had picked it up at 12:20. I said that was impossible...read full review
