Under new management and they are definitely fixing things up around here. Workers here were amazingly friendly. Great customer service. Food was amazing. I had the fish and shrimp. Fish was so flakey on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside. Shrimp was extra crispy and delicious. The place wasn't super crowded which I love but I'm sure that won't last very long. Definitely coming back anytime I'm in the area.
Was here for a benefit for a good friend of mine who passed away. When I went to get a soft drink, there was maybe only 3 people at the bar but it took over 10 minutes for someone to ask what we wanted. Paid $7 for 2 small, very watered down cokes. When I went back to order some food it was busier but I was able to find a menu and then waited 15-20 minutes to order some food just for the waitress to tell me that’s not the correct menu. Ice House Inn is a cozy place for friends and family to gather over delicious wings and cold beer. Under new management, the restaurant is fixing things up while keeping the welcoming atmosphere. The food is amazing, especially the flaky, melt-in-your-mouth beer batter fish and extra crispy shrimp. Specials like Monday and Wednesday wing deals remain a hit, and the sausage sandwiches are still a must-try. Portions are generous, and the coleslaw and baked potatoes are excellent choices. While service can be slow at times, the workers are amazingly friendly, offering great customer service. The bar is nice, and there's ample parking available, including space for bikes. A great spot for a relaxed evening out, with a fun atmosphere during events like bike night. Wheelchair accessibility is easy with front door parking and no barriers.
