We recently had a surprise birthday party there and everyone really enjoyed the food the music and the service. They were so accommodating! “Had AYCE boneless wings with fries & celery sticks. Honey BBQ and spicy garlic sauces were delicious, but I wish that my 2 year old granddaughter who does not eat much could have shared my fries & celery. The waitress said absolutely not allowed. ☹️“

“As first time customers to any Twin Peaks, we had a 100/10 visit! We noticed the 29° cold beer sign and that was our cue to visit. The hostesses were kind, the food was delicious and the beer was COLD- that was the seller to return, then we met Emma, our waitress! Emma was beautifully kind inside and out. I could have given a lesser review only because of the “attitude” of the hostesses and a few other waitresses but Emma made it 100%. We will be back to visit Emma! I hope she sees this and is recognized for her over the top customer service and kindness!“

“This was the first time visiting this Primanti Bros location but it was on-point with all of the other ones I've been to.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Quick service and friendly staff members.

The restrooms were also well-maintained and clean.

The noise level may be a concern for some people but it is a sport's bar/restaurant, so don't expect it to be super quiet.
But you can easily still have conversation with your group members at your table.“

“I've been working in the area for a few months now, and I make it a point to stop here for lunch or dinner as often as I can—it's become my go-to spot!
I've tried their wings almost every time, and by now I've sampled all the sauces. Hands down, Parmageddon is my absolute favorite—it's got that perfect cheesy, garlicky kick that keeps me coming back. The wings themselves are crispy, juicy, and always cooked just right.
The waitress is super personable and friendly every visit, which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming—somehow the place is packed every time I go, but I never have to wait for a seat. Service is quick and efficient without feeling rushed.
You really can't go wrong here. If you're in the mood for great wings (especially that Parmageddon!), solid food, and a fun vibe, this is the place. Highly recommend—it's earned a loyal fan in me!“

“I've been going to this bar for decades they the person that runs it is so sweet it's a good crowd there's no drama there's some cool music good food and cold beer like you're hanging out in somebody's basement and everybody's saying hello and laughing and it's a calm wonderful place to go their food's good their company's good“

“Came here for the .50 cent wing Wednesday. Smashed on wings of course, but also did the bologna sandwich. It was as good as the reviews said. Friend had the egg and pepper sandwich, and that was good also. Fries were good. Solid place for good food and drinks.“

“We recently hosted a surprise party at Hackett's and it was absolutely wonderful! The owner Danny & his team were all very accommodating and helpful in the whole process! The bartender was a rockstar and the managers/staff were so nice! The outdoor patio is beautiful. And the bar has good food & cold beer! What more could you ask for! “I enjoy eating here and watching sports. I give it 5 stars, all but for one person.

There is one bartender that always has an attitude and the last time he got us waters and never came back to wait on us so another bartender helped. I normally wont let one guy ruin it for the rest but I will not order if he is there because I leave tips and I don't want to leave someone Zero. I will avoid him because every single time we go, it is something else with him and I am tired of it. He wears his glasses low on his nose and looks down on people like he is better than them. The last time he came over cussing about something and it was really busy. I've been in restaurants for 29 years so I get both sides of it. He is uncalled for.“

“Went here to eat with my family while visiting OH. I was incredibly surprised at how well everything went. Our server, Angel was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and professional. Kept our drinks filled and gave us amazing recommendations. She knew what we needed before we did which is hard to come by these days. Anytime I come back I will ask for her specifically. Going to restaurants for good food is important but it’s the service that makes it memorable which is exactly what she did.“
