“Went to Applebees by the Eastwood Mall last week. We had some issues with our food. Our waiter was new so another person came over to our table. She acted like she was the manager. She also made it sound like it was our fault that the food was messed up. How is that our fault we ordered from the menu they gave us. Finally our waiter came back to our table. We asked if that was the Manager. He said no. We told him we wanted to speak to the manager. We told her the issues and how rude the other waiter was and how she acted like she was in charge. She said that's because she has been there so long. Wow she needs training on how to treat patrons we told her. Finally the manger took care of our issues and everything worked out. This place has given us bad service the last 2 times we went there. Time to quit going to this place.“

“I’ve been coming here since “moving” here for work back in September of 2024. This place never disappoints. Every time I come here the food quality never changes. Customer service is GREAT. I’m definitely one of many regulars and is sure does feel like family around here!“
