“I'm currently sitting here eating, the food is fantastic! I got chicken tenders because I'm a toddler, but they're so 🔥. The food was as fresh as could be, I literally had to wait a minute to start eating. The tenders were fantastic! I'm not sure what the breading is seasoned with, but I can tell you it's good! The fries are nice and crispy and also nicely seasoned. The hush puppies are the best I've had in a long time, and the Sam's Sauce is also delicious! I would recommend it twice if I could!“

“I went to Mr Hero in niles for 1st time today Nice clean and service was good food was fresh and good Thanks Rick and nice younglady at counter and cook very nice staff 9-8-2025 Only thing I can say is I wish the had more staff but running on 2 workers they were very professional 😀 and I will be back 😀 👍🏾“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“We stopped for dinner today and the staff was great, the food was excellent. While there we had the pleasure of meeting a very polite and professional young lady, named Shantae and an obsolete pleasers to work with and have as our server. I believe that Applebees has Shantae as a great asset, and is great training other team members. Had great time and wanted to thank and recognize Shantae.“

“Just always hectic parking lot. Just almost got into a fight and I did absolutely nothing wrong. The manager wouldn't help me saying not responsible for anything in the parking lot but it was in the building. Do not go here. The worst place on Earth ? Hell is a better place and better customer service than this McDonald's. Seriously Satan is nicer than the management and the rest of the employees stood there like a heard of deer in a semi trucks headlights.

It was delicious it was hot it tasted good and it was served with a smile the lady that waited on me talked me into the cold brew cause I have never had one I'm glad she talked me into it
