“This small little coffee drive thru located in the mall parking lot has become my absolute favorite place to get coffee. The workers are always super nice to us, and every coffee we have tried has been amazing!! I've been to many local and corporate coffee places and this place is my absolute favorite of all of them!!“
“I love Dunkin but not the prices! Also I rated 4 stars because this is the second time I've gotten food from this location that has been wrong from what I ordered. This location is still fairly new but there's no excuse for not reading properly unless you're illiterate (in which case you shouldn't have been hired). Disappointed they got rid of certain signature coffees and lattes from their menu but I understand they're seasonal and most places offer seasonal items that go away unfortunately. Lastly, I can't stack coupons and it's dumb that their system takes the cheaper deal and leaves the customer to pay the more expensive stuff.“
“The menu items are really tasty, but I wish they would bring back the vegetarian sausage, breakfast sandwiches again!When I ordered my munchkin donuts, they were given to me within a few minutes, but I had to wait a while for my hot chocolate.You can use cash and pay with your phone for your order or orders.Also, I wish that this Dunkin location would add accessible ways for people with disabilities to open and close the doors and accessible menus for people with low or no vision.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: There are signs that say that they use ingredients that may trigger people with food allergies, but you can always ask the staff.Parking: The parking is always free!“
“Just always hectic parking lot. Just almost got into a fight and I did absolutely nothing wrong. The manager wouldn't help me saying not responsible for anything in the parking lot but it was in the building. Do not go here. The worst place on Earth ? Hell is a better place and better customer service than this McDonald's. “This Starbucks made me a PERFECT vanilla latte. It was hot, not too sweet and no foam. Just the way I asked for it. This doesn't usually happen at Starbucks when I order it so was incredibly pleased. Shout out to the staff at the Niles Starbucks.“
“Never really had a negative experience here thus far. I always use the drive thru and almost always the workers I deal with are usually kind and friendly. I've had the occasional 1 or 2 that are miserable but the most part it's always a positive experience with my order as well as the workers!“
“This place is so good! I consider myself a coffee snob, and it passed the test. Highlights: such a cute vibe inside. They have dip and dots type coffee!! So good. Lots of yummy sounding signature drinks. Downside, the inside is a little small… wish it was bigger! There are some food options too.“

“First, i’d like to start off with saying that i was a barista at a coffee shop for a little over a year in Florida.the coffee is delicious! I got the iced Dully (a quad shot iced latte) with brown sugar cinnamon.I also got an everything bagel with egg cheese and bacon, it was warm and fresh and WONDERFUL!Everything was a little over 11 dollars. that’s an insane deal.The girls on shift were wonderful. I had no idea what i wanted and they were super patient and helpful. They were clearly enjoying their shift, which always makes me happy to see as someone who has worked at a coffee shop before.The environment and atmosphere is such a wonderful vibe. I gave 4 starts because of the view from the coffee shop being a freeway entrance. But that had nothing to do with them other than location. Everything else was wonderful. As a 20 year old, i loved the music they had on, but obviously someone older probably wouldn’t. “Coffee is really really good. Their mission is really respectable and I appreciate what they are doing for the community. Crepes were fresh and hot. Strawberry and chocolate is what I got. They use a jam/jelly instead of fresh fruit but it was still delicious!“
