No matter what she is always cheery, her customer service is outstanding, and she’s a great team player. “I went to this Starbucks for the first time tonight and had a very pleasant experience! Funny thing is, it's just a few minutes from where I live (Liberty Center) but have never needed to go to this one. Liberty Center's closes early now due to COVID, so this was the other option. The barista was extremely friendly and made sure she gave me exactly what I wanted. She asked me if I wanted the nitro brew in my cold brew. After explaining to me how potent it was with caffeine, I politely declined- but told her I'd be back when it's the morning ?. She even gave me a sample of it. So creamy and smooth. It really is the customer service and friendliness that make the difference in the end! I'll be back for sure.“
“It is a great place within a great location. I have been there many times. Last time I was there was not the best time! My order was missed up every time it was made, it was a very simple one as well. On the first trial of getting my simple "white chocolate mocha" I got a dark hot chocolate, on the second time, I got milk with sugar! I didn't say anything after that as the person behind the counter was nice and probably was new! I tried to enjoy my stay with friends instead! Other than this time, everything is really good in that location, but hope they extend their operation hours as we are approaching summer time!“

“This is the best McDonald’s around. The bar is pretty low for satisfaction at McDonald’s, but this one always does a good job. I’ve been here at least 10 times and then always got the order right and did it quickly. They are also one of the last McDonald’s that has oatmeal.“
“This place is so good! I consider myself a coffee snob, and it passed the test. Highlights: such a cute vibe inside. They have dip and dots type coffee!! So good. Lots of yummy sounding signature drinks. Downside, the inside is a little small… wish it was bigger! There are some food options too.“

“First, i’d like to start off with saying that i was a barista at a coffee shop for a little over a year in Florida.the coffee is delicious! I got the iced Dully (a quad shot iced latte) with brown sugar cinnamon.I also got an everything bagel with egg cheese and bacon, it was warm and fresh and WONDERFUL!Everything was a little over 11 dollars. that’s an insane deal.The girls on shift were wonderful. I had no idea what i wanted and they were super patient and helpful. They were clearly enjoying their shift, which always makes me happy to see as someone who has worked at a coffee shop before.The environment and atmosphere is such a wonderful vibe. I gave 4 starts because of the view from the coffee shop being a freeway entrance. But that had nothing to do with them other than location. Everything else was wonderful. As a 20 year old, i loved the music they had on, but obviously someone older probably wouldn’t. Unfortunately you can’t please everyone. so keep up the jams girls!Thank you so much High Octane!Please reopen up your location in Boardman or Canfield!Dietary restrictions: They have milk alternatives, almond and oat. “Macarons were not perfect but tastes good. The need to be a bit more hard outside. Ordered a bag of 6 macarons, americano coffee and a chocolate croissant.Tiramisu- tastes great,Belgian chocolate- great,Raspberry - good,Orange mandarin- good,Red velvet- good,Pistachio - it doesn’t taste like pistachio it is more cherry flavor.“
