Watching and waiting for the 8 drinks to be made for the last in front of me was awesome while I waited on my 1 iced black coffee. Would be better if larger orders ordered ahead or moved out of the way…. I get first come first serve but I just wanted 1 iced black coffee….

The Starbucks Coffee Company at Liberty Center is described as the cleanest and friendliest Starbucks. The staff is very nice and goes above and beyond, with one employee putting the “Star” in a Starbucks employee through his energy, smile, and ambition for customer needs and cleanliness. Another employee named YahYah is polite and friendly, and was the first to ask if a customer wanted their tea seethed and informed them about free coffee or tea refills. Customers purposely pass other Starbucks stores to come to this one, as the staff are friendly, know customers by name, and often remember orders before they are placed. The best caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino was had here, with crunchies and caramel in every sip. For those new to lattes, the staff are patient in describing different types and how to add things to make them better, even writing nice messages on cups. The only suggestion is to fix the side door.
