“Cadence Coffee House and Creperie was a wonderful place to have a family member’s birthday party. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The “Cafe” has very good food and drinks, as well as fabulous service! The room we had it in was spacious and we were able to decorate it. We frequent the Cafe on a regular basis for the friendly atmosphere and wonderful food. It is very relaxing and family oriented. Jody is such an asset to this establishment!! She is a big reason we frequent Cadance!!“

“I go once a week. I love the coffee, but it’s really upsetting that it’s a different price every time I go. Yesterday it was around $7.35 cash for an iced latte. It’s sometimes $7 with cash … very inconsistent and I don’t know if they are ringing the drink up wrong or what the deal is. Cost is near $8 if using a card for payment.“

“Great food good people and the big Jack is the best“
“This was the first time I have ever saw this shop. Something about it caught my eye. Very friendly staff, and very good coffee drinks! It looked like a picture when they served us with 2 frappes. The drizzle was going down the side perfectly. It was definitely made with care! They were so good. The best drink I have had in a very long time. Thank you so much! I will be coming back!“

“I was greeted by the most lovely human being at the drive-thru this morning, Thomas. His kindness was above and beyond the excellent service this location always provides. Thanks for being amazing, Thomas!“

“My second day enjoying my cold brew iced coffee inside and it was made perfectly. I usually go to the location on Belmont Avenue in Youngstown and that’s my favorite location but since I went back to work Monday, I’ve been coming here before work and enjoying my coffee inside!“

“I like DUNKIN donuts coffee it’s nice and hot it’s in Austintown Ohio ☕️“
“I stopped by today and ordered a hot mocha, and it was absolutely delicious—easily one of the best I’ve had. The employee who helped me was friendly, calm, and quick, which made the experience even better. I usually get my coffee from Dunkin, but this mocha was even better. If you’re at Eastwood Mall in Niles, OH, I definitely recommend giving this place a try!“

“Had an amazing experience Nathan was amazing. Made me the best coffee ever also cooked me the food the ham and Swiss croissant. It was hot and delicious will definitely be visiting again. Abby and Anastasia were cool also but Nathan was the real highlight. Amazing attitude definitely deserves a raise for his performance!!“
“Ordered coffee through my best friends kids school, Champion. I HAVE NOT been able to find any local brews who make the most delicious Orange Bourbon coffee anywhere. I also ordered the Cherry Cordial. I am close to being out so I 100% am getting more this week when in Warren! Hands down quality coffee & the flavors are so good! Raptis might be my new favorite local coffee ☕️“
“Came here earlier with my boyfriend with no idea what we wanted to get, and got some help from Destiny who recommended the sugar cookie drink for me and the Caramel Frappe for my boyfriend, both were great! She was quick as well and made the experience enjoyable. My boyfriend and I will definitely will be coming back!“

“This dunkin is exceptional, don't let the haters fool you. I come here 5 days per week for my work fuel. I use the mobile app (that you can customize exactly how you want it made) & they never get it wrong. OLIVIA greets us and.is an absolute angel. She is always so upbeat and cheerful. She even wrote me the sweetest note on my bag this morning. I've heard a lot of people complain about their orders not being right or not having enough flavor, so use the app and ask for as many pumps as you want.
Before leaving a bad review, call the store and give them the chance to right a wrong. Never had an issue with this location.“

“I have frequented this Dunkin donuts location since they opened, and in my opinion, they have gone downhill somewhat over the years. However, this morning I had the perfect iced latte, made by an employee named Ashley. I now have renewed hope that the beverages will once again be delicious at this Dunkin location!“
