I had contacted him a few days prior to Veteran’s Day and He was happy to donate little bowls to my Vet residents after I received No’s from area restaurants. “The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“My wife recommended that we have papa John’s for dinner tonight. I used the papa pairings menu to order my family food. It felt like a great deal for the price. Overall, it was ready pretty quickly and I saved a lot f money. The chicken bacon sandwich and pizza were good. My problem lies with the boneless wings that we ordered. The buffalo boneless wings had barely any sauce on them and it looked like someone just held a bottle up and dried to put a drop of buffalo sauce on each wing. Dry and inconsistent at best. I added my own hot sauce at home just so they had some type of taste. The same thing happened with the garlic parm wings we ordered and the garlic bread knots. They were on the verge of just being dry and unsauced. At least the pizzas were good in which I ordered extra sauce on them. Overall it was just average and I will think twice before ordering again.“

“This morning was the first time in a long time that my husband and I had went to subway . We had no idea what we wanted and were taking so long to decide . The lovely woman working Aleathia was so nice and friendly . Even more so she was so patient. Great customer service. I told her she made my day, and she really did . I hope I spelled her name correctly 😊“

“Most of the people working here before 4pm are not very quick about their service. I stood in the lobby while a woman counted her drawer at the register for 10 minutes before she got the guy from the back. None of them smile. It almost feels as though you are bothering them. I have NOT had the same issues after 4pm. I am not sure what is happening here. I also understand bad days. Just not every single time.“
