“I work at a restaurant famous for its customer service abilities and standards and I was heavily impressed with the service I received today. The employees and manager were very kind, I was greeted with a smile, a warm welcome, and a friendly conversation! The food itself is always delicious! The restaurant was very clean and well taken care of. My mother and I have wheat allergies and we have never had a single issue at this location. I want to specifically shout out Amanda (the manager), Savvy, and Gabby! Truly top notch service and delicious food!“

“I don’t want to be generic, but everything is always so pleasant when I come here. The staff is always so welcoming and sweet. I’m not going to lie, the food is fresh. It doesn’t taste like anything grand, but it just has a freshness that’s worth while. In my opinion, a lot of the flavor comes from the sauces you choose, so of course, get something you know you’ll like. But this makes me feel better about eating a bowl, lol, when I’m craving one. It just tastes so fresh and healthy. I’m surprised reading most of the reviews as every time I come here, the staff is welcoming, and the space is always clean. Aside from that, I am always pleased by my experience. 🤍“

“Tried out a new place while we were in town for an event. We ordered apps, drinks, and entrees. We got the bacon deviled eggs and ranch rings, they both were delicious. Tried a new drink the double black diamond, this is a pineapple explosion in your mouth, so good. Our steaks were cooked to our liking and we were all so full we had to take it home. We did a reservation which got us seated when we walked in, very busy place. Would frequent again if I am in the area.“

“Went through on my way to work this morning with my granddaughter to get breakfast, I asked if they had breakfast kids meals, they don't so I ordered 2 of the same breakfast meals and the worker put one in a kids meal bag with a toy for my granddaughter! And it turned out to be the toy shed been wanting! That made her day! Thanks guys!“

“If I could give it 10 stars I would. I went to the store to pick up an order I placed. When I got there, I went to the counter and talked the girl at the counter, I think her name was Evelyn. I asked for my order and she asked the person behind her to grab the one with my name. They didn't have it, so she asked to se my email. The email showed it had been incorrectly order at another store down the road (my fault entirely). She explained to me that I needed to call the Outlet Mall and they could cancel my order and she showed me the phone number. I called there and they told me I had to call a corporate number, which I didn't have, and that they would help because they wouldn't. I gave up with the Outlet Mall and decided I wanted the yummy pretzel anyway and got in line. When I got to the counter, before I ordered, the manager in the back of the store came up and asked if I got things taken care of with the Outlet Mall. I told him they said they couldn't do anything and that I just decided it was my mistake and I was just going to ignore the $12 and go on. He asked what they said and was frustrated with them for not taking care of it. He asked me what my order was that I had placed and he just gave me the order without charging me. I told him I wanted to pay for it and he told me it was on him. I again said it was my mistake and I was frustrated at myself and at the outlet mall, not at him and his store. He said that he would give it to me again and just told me, if you're happy, I am happy and we are good. That was awesome!!!!! He deserves all the props for this. He and his store are fantastic!!! They are the nicest group of, I assume teenagers, that I have encountered at any store, Auntie Anne's or otherwise. Thank you so much for taking care of me and the problem I caused and taking it upon yourself to make a solution. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK TO THIS STORE!!!“

“This location is great! Service is fairly fast even when they're busy. I have yet to receive an incorrect order, online or in the drive thru. I go out of my way to go to this location instead of the one 2 minutes from my house, because the service is so much better.“
