“Mellisa is awesome and the team was too! Mellisa took our order and enthusiastically repeated it back to us, getting every item we asked for! We had asked for quite a bit of substitutions, additions, and removals on our food and they got it all right. The food was great; good portions, soft tortillas, and they remembered the hot sauce packets. However, Mellisa and the other workers taking pride in their work will be reason we come back.“
“This location really does have way fresher food than most I've been too. Normally the buns always seen slightly stale but not here. The only reason they don't get 5 stars if due to them never participating in sales so it def gets a little more expensive than most and the girl at the window seemed like she hates her job so she didn't give good service whatsoever.“

My visit was on 1/28/23 around 7:20pm in the Canfield location. She was kind, polite, thorough and provided great service. I would hire her. 5 stars“
“OMG!!! I love chipotle. But, had the most horrible embarrassing experience at East Liverpool a few months ago. So, I drove 40 min to Canfield location! Absolutely the best experience ever. The staff was extremely nice customer service was a top notch and the staff was moving like they were making a commercial.. absolutely hats off to the manager and team at this chipotle. I was in on this past Friday at lunchtime!! My new chipotle!!! Thank you!!!“
“We end up at this McDonald's about every other week. The kids like the chicken nuggets. The last couple of times the fries were a little soggy and the apple pie I ordered was barely warm. The customer service was great though. Very friendly and responsive. They brought us our food and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything else.Kid-friendliness: This McDonald's has 2 tables that have large tablets with kids games on them. When I bring the kids they want to play a tablet while we are waiting for our food. They have highchairs available for little ones and offer a kids menu. The last 2 times we were there an employee came over to over to our table to give the kids a cardboard smile they can play with.“
“The personal pan pizza I ordered was hot and fresh. The only person in the store was very polite and very happy and helpful. I felt my business was important to him. This was the second time I had been there, and I will continue to purchase pizza and wings there.“
“Wendy's late night! Went to pick up my order after placing it through the mobile app. The app took my order although they were already out of burgers for the night, as my order went through 25 minutes before 11:00 p.m. (closing time.) Luckily after almost being blown off & driving away without even any info, the manager here, Georgia, made it right. This was after an employee refused to answer me about my order through the speaker, the app instructed me to pick up in the drive-thru. But, when I pulled up to the window I was ignored until I had to knock multiple times. Once my presence was acknowledged (yes, the employee knew I was there) even though they weren't responding. I was then given the cutthroat sign & " we're closed" was mouthed to me.. I tried to tell her through the closed window that I'd already paid for my order & I'm here to pick it up for her to roll her eyes give me a nasty looks, (as If I knocked on the door to her home for a hamburger) Luckily that night Georgia was the manager and appropriately handled the situation. Thank you, Georgia!!! A fantastic manager you are!“
