The place is always spotless and well taken care of. Staff always greets us with a smile and ask how we are, and wishes us a good day when we leave, every time.“

We use to go there all the time and stopped going because of this reason. stopped on April 29 and could not go inside for some reason. tried the blizzard again and same result. Do yourself a favor and go to Canfield, Austintown or Columbiana. Extra nice places.“

“My family and I were at Leetonia Dairy Queen tonight and it was very busy. I am an empathetic person and I could sense a lot of tension and stress amongst the employees. After we ordered and received our food, we saw a female employee storm out of the kitchen and say “I’m done!” The only two employees left working were very young and customers continued to walk through the doors. The teenage employees were stunned and upset. A couple of minutes later, the male teenage employee sheepishly stood at the cash register and said, “Our manager just walked out and we’re both underage so we have to close. We’re really sorry.” A bunch of us felt very sorry for the kids and went up and gave them extra tips. The teenage boy said, “Is it okay if I cry in front of all of you people?” We all reassured him and the female teenage employee that this was not their fault and that these things happen. They both cried and hugged each other. The boy put a handwritten closed sign on the door and began the process of locking up. One of the customers still inside with us finishing eating went over and hugged him. My 7 and 5 year old kids were watching this whole situation unfold and I was very happy with how the teenagers handled themselves in such a stressful situation and with how all of the people (even ones who were turned away after just having walked in) treated one another with love, kindness, and compassion. Not a single person responded rudely or unkindly. Everyone showed empathy. Kudos to those two teenagers. Experiences like this will serve to make you even stronger and ready to face adversity.“

“It's a Subway, so if you've ever been to one before, it's exactly what you'd expect: subs and salads. This location is very clean, and the employees are awesome. They recognize me and know my order. The line moves quickly, even at lunchtime. The only downside is the parking situation: there are a very limited number of spaces, and it can get very busy here around noon. It's even worse in the winter when the snow gets plowed into the end spaces.“

“I told my husband how fast, friendly, and accurate the drive-thru is. Exceptionally so. We bypass the closer ones because they aren't as consistent. He decided to go there to see. “When I was taking a kickboxing class down the way in the same plaza, I always stopped by for a nutritional shake afterwards. They are so delicious & the staff is always friendly & quick to provide a fresh made shake. This facility is beautifully decorated as well. I always enjoyed stopping by.

“I always stop at this Popeyes in Boardman- Poland area as the Staff is really friendly, the food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. I went in on Thursday September 24th 2026 and I ordered the 10 piece Family Meal. Everything including the two sides Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and the Mac and Cheese was hot and fresh. Ram waited on me yesterday and he is always pleasant and ready to assist with the specials being offered.“

“It's a dump of a place and there's no public restroom, but the dogs are great, the service is good and it's filling and inexpensive. I wish so much they had something in Pittsburgh! Youngstown is spoiled with all these hot dog shops!“

“Clean dining area. I was greeted upon entering amd got right to my order. I did get the $6.00 biggie meal(with spicy nuggets) and ranch on the side.. and the ranch was nice n cold too. COLD ranch is everything when using it with the spicy nuggets. It was pouring rain outside, nice amd comfortable inside. Great experience.“

“Even on a stormy & cloudy night, a Dairy Queen visit will bring smiles to everyone faces. I love getting a sundaes but it is also fun to bring home some Cherry dipped Dilly bars & ice cream sandwiches for everyone else.
