I freaking love these subs.
I thought this year I would try all the local subs for my birthday. In the process of these rounds the taste of firehouse is yummy but they can be better. A little stingy on the meat just 1 slice of cornbeef and 1 slice of pastrami. Just missing the mark as the owner should do some self comparison. All others have 3-4 rows of meat. When I took my regular cut in half and then moved everything to the 1 half… it was awesome. Smaller lunch and bread wasted with nothing to use.
I ordered an Italian sub and it was *drenched* in dressing, it was a awful tasting dressing imo, overpowered the bread, it became became soggy, I pitched it.
