“It's a subway... Most of the time there are no issues, but the last couple of times me and my significant other have stopped for food. Both times you can tell they were newer people may have been the same person I'm not sure but anyway didn't toast our subs/veggies like I asked for on an online order and pick up. The last time we went inside and she was nervous because they were busy, again didn't toast it along with her sandwich and didn't toast my veggies .. I obviously had to say something but other than that.. food is at least fresh.“
“Stopped in for a quick bite. Staff was very friendly. They keep this place very clean and adhere to all COVID regulations. Every other table for inside seating. The staff wears face mask and gloves. They have hand sanitizer near the register. All cups are handed to you, if you need refills they give another cup. The food was good as it always it. Glad we stopped here.“

“This place is massively slept on. It is legitimately the best sub shop in Mahoning or Trumbull County. The quality, and flavor is unmatched. The closest comparison I've ever had is Wario's in downtown Columbus. The Big Dave, Club, and Chicken Parmesan are my recommendations.“
“Some of the best subs I’ve had in this area. Located in Canfield, ohio sits the gem of a sub sandwich/pizza/ ice cream shop. A cozy little shoe for sure with booths and tables. A great selection of subs on a large menu. Staff was extremely polite & friendly. The service was super fast. The bread very fresh as well as the deli meats. A small parking lot, but easily found a spot.If you love subs, this is your spot.“

“City Subs is fantastic! We have been trying to go to new smaller businesses and this one did not disappoint. The lady behind the counter was kind and we couldn't of asked for better service. She has such responsibilities being there alone and you'd never see it. We will return here before ever going back to the other "sub" chain. Prices are great!! Serving sizes are huge as well.
