My family loves Jimmy John’s and we frequent a few different locations. This Jimmy John’s is completely different than every other location we have been to. This location is dirty and the staff is unhappy and unprofessional. Employees stand around on their phones and will leave customers standing at the register without an acknowledgement- much less a kind greeting.
We have been 3 times in the last 3 months and our order is wrong every single time.
I used to love coming to this location and getting the gargantuan, walking next door and grabbing fries. today I ordered my usual, girl at the counter was short, frustrated and dismissive. one gargantuan, one pickle quartered. blonde girl and young white male made the food. horrible. hair in the food, no mayo on half of the sandwich and pickle wasn't cut. one kid struggling to put on gloves was the only person that smiled, greeted or was even half human. food got thrown away at...read full review
