I have a Gluten allergy which I specify to my server every time! I order a grilled chicken sandwhich w/ lettuce, tomatoes, onion on a gf bun w/fries.
Always delicious, never disappointed.
Servers are always pleasant, understanding, and offer the best hospitality at this location specifically.
Ps… Gluten free bun is delicious and not sponge tasting😂 I would just advise if you get any sauces for the sandwich to just get them on the side so the bun doesn’t deteriorate.“

The food is always great, packaged well and labeled nicely. The staff is friendly and helpful. This Subway deserves 6 stars!“

“One of the worst Subway restaurants in the area, honestly. They are not open on time, they close early, and the staff genuinely act like they dont want to be there. I watched the girl making a sandwich just dump dressing all over. Most of the dressing made it 'on' the sandwiche, but it was a mess. I came in at 8pm, and they told me thay the toaster was broken so they couldn't heat anything up. I get the feeling that they cleaned the machine and didn't want to clean it again. Subway is a decent option for food, but when the people who work there dont care about the job that needs done, it shows. I won't be back here until I forget what this experience was like and I need a reminder, for sure.“

“Oh my goodness this food is the best! I put only 3 stars for atmosphere because they need all new furniture, what they have is kinda falling apart, but don't let that stop you from eating here! Everything is homemade and absolutely delicious! And the serving sizes are huge! Pricing great too! We will definitely be making this a frequent place to eat! The waitress we had was so sweet, the cook... what can I say she knows how to cook! Awesomeness go try it!

I stood in the lobby while a woman counted her drawer at the register for 10 minutes before she got the guy from the back. None of them smile. It almost feels as though you are bothering them. I have NOT had the same issues after 4pm. I am not sure what is happening here. I also understand bad days. Just not every single time.“

“Placed an order online, the UI for ordering in subways end is lacking, no option for sauce on the side, and when i wrote in the special notes it wasnt very recognizable to the workers. when i got there i double checked and they had the sauce on them. The 2 ladies working tonight were excellent and instantly offered to remake the sandwiches no fuss! I really liked how they didnt make me feel uncomfortable and made my sandwiches perfect. “I stopped in for lunch and was greeted by a very friendly young lady. Although it was busy, she took her time helping me select a sandwich. The #11 Country Club was delicious and satisfying. It was made with care and didn't fall apart as I ate it. The background music leaned a bit too country for me but there were a few tunes I enjoyed. The dining area and restroom were clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will return when I'm in the area.“

“I have been a customer of Boardman Sandwich Factory since it opened. (Proces have changed a tad...) As a little kid, we used to go to eat and play video games. My favorite has always been their fish sandwich. It's changed over the years, but it has never been bad. :) Their bread is always fresh and delicious. Shop local folks!
