As we left Boardman at around 1:30 pm (03/25/2024), we decided to stop at Arby's to get something to eat. Since we had over an hour drive, we decided to go inside to order so we could sit for a little while before making the trek home. The young lady who took our order smiled, kept her focus on us, and then asked what we would like to order? I mentioned my eye was dilated and I couldn't really see the menu. Always use the drive thru. I hate it when I come in the enter side and drive around to the order area only to find and see car after car cutting me off by barging in on the exit side of Arby's area of parking. Signs, markings, and directions are definitely needed for the confused and lazy patrons who do not wish to wait their turn! The employees just say "Oh well."

The service was very good. We were the only ones eating in at the time so the atmosphere was ok. When we got our food the sandwiches were cold. My hubby took them and asked them to warm them so they made new ones.
