“I eat here all the time, it's a very surprising find in the back of a gas station/convenience store, but the food is amazing. The gyros are absolutely packed full, and the chicken over rice is one of my favorites. The prices are also very good for what you are getting.“
“Had dinner here last night and the food and service and price were excellent! We both had the Huli Huli Tomahawk Pork.... It was the best pork chop I have ever had! Every bite, including salads and sides was perfectly presented, excellent quality and deliscious. The wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The price was great, $52 for 2 and that included craft beer! The atmosphere is that of a neighborhood pub and I got the impression this is where the locals go. I am not a fan of televisions in restaurants, and they had 4 over the bar, volumes were low or off, but why? Maybe turn them off when there is not a game event, did not enhance the vibe. The lighting in the dinning room is weird. Canned ceiling lights shinning directly on the table made me feel like we were in a spotlight, but at least we could read the menu! With a few small tweaks in atmosphere, they are getting close to perfection. For an upscale healthy meal at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Sabi's, it is a hidden gem and worth the drive!“
“Had a standard breakfast of eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast, side of sausage gravy and coffee. Food was very good especially with the price. Lots of waffles and pancakes options I want to try another time. Waitress was very friendly and engaging, and kept my coffee mug full.Parking: Standard parking lot.“
“This place is a gem! Great healthy choices very clean. I love how Melissa makes all of her own dressing. Everything is fabulous great attitudes And the establishment is always clean. when I picked up my food today I only seen one thing that stood out to me, in the staff members in the back don’t wear gloves when handling food. I do know human behavior and sometimes no matter how clean we want to be with our hands sometimes that isn’t the case and with so many viruses and colds going around. I really like seeing establishments I eat at that is working with my food have gloves on there hands when maintaining or touching any type of food that Hass to go into my mouth. so for me that is the main thing that stands out to me and has me a little bit more cautious. however overall this establishment has four stars Melissa is doing a great job her staff is amazing in the environment is calm and chilled! However the members not having gloves in their hands definitely is a big deal to me and that is a personal observation .“
“Despite hearing bad experiences from peers, I tried eating here for the first time and was blown away. The Galley Boy is by far one of the greatest burgers I've ever had, and the milkshakes were thick to perfection. Service was also excellent, and the people serving were very polite and professional. I'll definitely be visiting this place again soon!Parking: Just pull into a spot and they will wait to take your order immediately.“
“We ordered take-out today for family Easter dinner. My experience was top notch from my initial phone call on Saturday night to the restaurant inquiring about available menus, etc to driving away with my order on Sunday. Cameron was wonderfully pleasant on the phone and my order was 100% correct, which seems to be a real problem for so many restaurants lately. Not here. She even carried my huge order to the car.Support local restaurants people, and start with this one!“
“Our wedding at The Lake Club was everything we could have dreamed of and more! Natalie and all the other staff members were so kind and easy to work with and made the whole planning process so smooth. The food was incredible and so was the whole ambience. The lake views made it feel so magical!“
“Irie was awesome. For anyone who judges this place based on gimmick, SHAME. I understand there is a gimmick illustrated here, but I'll tell ya, there are many of the workers who go beyond the gimmick and can also demonstrate the inner beauty of their God-given customer service gifts to also compliment the outer as well; Irie by FAR fits that bill. Quick, friendly and efficient, I can honestly say she's one of the best waitresses my girl and I have had yet. We love the food and we absolutely love the people. It's a friendly environment and the food never misses. Ever. Give Twin Peaks a try, and ask for Irie. You WILL NOT be disappointed. The prices for the portions are phenomenal too! Twin Peaks is a vibe.Vegetarian options: They do have an impossible patty and plenty of salads you can order without meat on them.“
“The atmosphere was what you'd kind of expect, I think. It feels almost outdated, but I think that's just the look they're going for. I didn't get a feeling of immaculate cleanliness and, honestly, I wish they wouldn't run a vacuum while people are dining since it does kick dirt into the air. But the meal was delicious! The servers were on top of everything. Never once had to ask for refills or wave down the server for anything. The breakfast bar was always refilled with hot and fresh food. The coffee wasn't too strong or too mild, definitely fresh. Didn't have to wait super long for our meal to be made either. The shop is nice—a bunch of kind of random knick knacks and baked goods along with some soups and such. Feel like the knick knacks might have been a little over priced, but I also feel like that's expected at places like this. ?♀️Final note: we only had 2 in our party and instead of making us wait for a 2-person table to open, they seated us at a 6-person table. I was surprised that they didn't save it in case a larger party came in (it was a Saturday at brunch time). Although 2 were taking up the space of 6, we never felt rushed in the 2 hours we were there. ??“
“Loved it. The buffet was amazing, and reminded me so much of home. The service was extremely accommodating and professional. I love the market right beside the restaurant inside, too.I got all the favorites… Pancit, Adobo, Menudo, Pinakbet, etc… And paired it with the banana sauce I got next door ? I haven’t had Filipino food in years, and not regularly since my dad passed. I felt so welcomed to be here.“
“If you’re looking for a great place to dine, be sure to try the Riser Tavern! We went to the one on W Western Reserve Rd and enjoyed it immensely. We shared a hot pretzel appetizer, which came with 3 sauces and was great. We both had the breaded and fried fish sandwich which looked exactly like the pictures on their menu! And it tasted better than its picture! We were there in midafternoon, and the place was more than half full, which tells you others feel the same way we do about it. I can guarantee we will be back!Parking: There is plenty“
“We stopped in for breakfast while we were in town for a family function. The restaurant is located in New Middletown. It is very clean inside and the servers were friendly and efficient. The breakfast menu had a lot of variety.I ordered the breakfast biscuit sandwich with home fries. The home fries were okay they could have been seasoned a little bit more. The biscuit sandwich was very good.Someone at our table ordered the pancakes and they were huge and delicious. My wife ordered the eggs and toast and The breakfast was well prepared and tasty.A little off the beaten path but if you're looking for someplace to go for a nice morning drive and meal I would recommend it.“
“We had a very nice evening out with friends. Our waitress Angela was fantastic. She was so personable and friendly. If you’re going there for dinner ask for Angela. My husband ordered the steak and cake while I ordered the Zin Chicken which was excellent. The steak my husband ordered was so tender, however, the “jumbo” crab cake was a joke. It literally looked like a pancake. I think the chef needs to go up to the New England states or Baltimore for lessons in how a crab cake should look. The Caesar salad I ordered was a little dry also.“
“Kyle was the best bartender I have ever had, and that shouldn’t be taken lightly. The atmosphere he created was insane and this was our first time coming. He was very tentative to us at the bar and was super funny. His music is also unmatched. Best. Bar. Ever!“
“In from out of town for the Easter Holiday weekend. Met family there Friday and had to have the Battered Fish and Crab Tacos. Absolutely fantastic!! Have not been here in a few years, and was great then, still great now! Service was typical spot on. We sat outside and lots of room. If you have not been here, come!!Parking: Plenty of parking, several open areas even on a Friday Fish Night!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp, wheelchair accessible but probably requires some effort due to angle and door on the side lot. Didn't checkout the accessibility on the other entrance areas.“

The restaurant also has a salad bar and a daily special. The food at Charly's Family Restaurant is made fresh to order. “Allex was an amazing server with outstanding service!! She paid for my entire meal, told me about her passion for helping out the elderly, and is even working to adopt a couple less fortunate children in hopes of giving them better life opportunities. Such an inspiration!!! I will definitely be back!!!“
“I rented this space for my bridal shower and had the best experience! The food was amazing! The owner was the sweetest and took great care of my guest and I. The parlor is the cutest place to have a great time. I will definitely be going back with friends.“
“I had the special Friday fish with coleslaw and perogies.Wife had Fish and haluski. The haluski was very good, Fish was very good, maybe the best I've had since moving here, we both had fried, maybe a lemon half would have made it perfect. Our waitress was very nice and the kitchen was very busy. Great place for a weeknight dinner.“
“Our server (Asha) was excellent. Also, she smiled—a lot!JoJo, the manager partner, came to check in on us before we left regarding our experience. Another professional—and ‘smiler!’And, the chicken tenders were superb as always.Excellent. Thank you.D/L Savon“
“I grew up eating bar wings. I recently had their wings for the first time and I am absolutely obsessed! Any time I travel I always ask the locals who has the best wings. I’ve eaten them all over the country and I can easily say these are some of the best wings I’ve ever had!! If you like wings and happen in the area, do yourself a favor a grab an order. My only disclaimer is once you start you can’t stop eating them!“
“The food was absolutely delicious. The service was top notch - friendly, attentive and available. Trendy, pub style atmosphere that locals love to go to and bring their out of town guests to as well. This team could easily expand or open another larger location and be successful. Add Village Pump to your restaurant tour!“
“Decent burger, very pricey. 14 bucks for a burger in Lowellville, OH a bit high. Nice atmosphere, excellent waitress. Update...if you use your credit card, prepare to pay more. If you want cheese on your cheeseburger..add 1 dollar. If you need salad dressing beyond the tiny amount they give you, $1.25 for a thimble full.“
“Today was my first time getting anything here, and I chose to go with the crispy chicken salad that I always see and hear great things about. I asked for extra Italian dressing and I got just that! They understood the assignment and whatever it is and however they make it is so good. The lady who I’m assuming made my food was very nice so I gave her a decent tip. I will be coming back here again for sure!!“
“This is a cute little restaurant in Washingtonville. The food is great, the customer service is great & the owner is super friendly. Sometimes they have things that aren’t listed on the menu, just ask! It’s a really chill place for breakfast.“
“This was our first time at this place. First impression was that the place was a bit dated and could use a renovation or remodel. I have to say the food was pretty good and portion sizes were large. The prices were also good. The service was really good with only a limited staff. Fair warning they do not have a liquor license. We will return to try other plates.“
“I love the subtle ambiance of place like this not to loud can enjoy a conversation a nice meal and a couple drinks to really set up the night. Great place to go never had any problem. The food really isn't 5 star but what really is in this area?“
“We liked the food in the past this time however the jambalaya was way too spicy...I also ordered sautéed green beans which were sautéed in garlic which is fine however the green beans were COATED in garlic which actually looked like a coating on them... until you took a bite!So this time my husband ordered the jambalaya and ordered it low spice which was perfect!!! He said perfect amount of spice....I ordered the baby back ribs with the sweeter root beer sauce and they were very tasty..... our server holli could not have been nicer came back just the right amount of times and was on point!!! Big shout out to her!!!“
“Consistently delicious!! HUGE menu and everything I've had there has been good or even great!! Awesome service usually too!! Our waiter disappeard for a while a couple times but other people popped by and asked us about stuff and hooked us up with napkins and mayo, etc. Love Davidsons!!Kid-friendliness: Great kid options!!!“
“Hey! Enuff wit crappy reviews! Saturday Lamb, pork ribs, or chicken dinners are the. Best. In. Youngstown. I am including places like The Palm on Steel st and The Royal Oaks on Oak st in that, you know? Best.Lamb.Ever! Posted my pics, this is a small joint, like a booth and a round bar. But the staff is great! The owner is an old tyme bar owner who is usually there, (like the owner SHOULD be!) got a juke box that usually plays '70's soul and pop (which reflects the age group mostly there, but welcoming to the young. Just NO ATTITUDES!) And outside covered dining when the weather is warm. One of my favorite (occasional) hangs in a lazy Saturday afternoon! Oh, my two dinners and four Heinekens was $40.00. May 2021.“
“I've been there twice this month. Employees at the counter are outstanding. The meal's are awesome compliments to the chef'sKeep doing what you're doing. I will be back. The bakery is amazing.Vegetarian options: My first time I was there had breakfast sandwich. Excellent ? The second time I hadMocha sub. It was also excellent . I will be back to try the rest of the menu.“
“Stopped in from out of town as we love finding small, quaint, local businesses and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of meal (we got breakfast), amazing customer service, and hometown feel. It was also a fantastic value as we ordered an omelet, breakfast sandwich, and 2 (not so great) coffees for less than $24! Great place!“
“Very nice and friendly staff. The customers were all cool and you could tell most of them were regulars. We went for a birthday and the whole place customers and employees joined in on us singing Happy Birthday to him. Our waitress was awesome and so sweet. The food was delicious, especially the sweet potato fries with cinnamon butter. Definitely a ‘usual’ for me from here on out.“
“The sandwiches are out of this world. Plenty of meat loaded on the sandwiches. I had the roast beef sandwich. The sandwiches come fries and coleslaw on them. They were really tasty and big. The bread was nice and thick Italian bread. It was my 2nd time at Primante Bros and I have every intention on going back.“
“I must have driven by Five Branches many times without noticing it, but thankfully an online search introduced me to it today, and we stopped by for lunch. I ordered the Amber attack-best burger I can recall having. My husband loved his pulled pork sammich and sweet potato fries. The decor that paid tribute to veterans and the military and was inspiring. The server was competent and the owner was attentive. Can't wait to stop by for lunch next week when I have occasion to meet a friend in North Lima. What a find!!!“
