“My wife and I are in town for granddaughter's high school graduation and I decided to go back to a favorite from when I lived in Canfield 15 years ago and treat the parents to a night out at “The Upstairs” restaurant but now is Prima Cucina Italiana! We started with drinks and appetizers; Devils on Horseback (sausage stuffed dates) and Lollipop Lamb Chops! My son in law and I had Pappardelle Al Ragu while daughter had Tonnarelli alla Carbonara and my wife had Linguini Allo Scoglio (Black Ink linguini) with seafood! The dinner was great! Our server Chad brought a sense of enthusiasm to our table and explained everything they offer and made our night very enjoyable!“

“As first time customers to any Twin Peaks, we had a 100/10 visit! We noticed the 29° cold beer sign and that was our cue to visit. The hostesses were kind, the food was delicious and the beer was COLD- that was the seller to return, then we met Emma, our waitress! Emma was beautifully kind inside and out. I could have given a lesser review only because of the “attitude” of the hostesses and a few other waitresses but Emma made it 100%. We will be back to visit Emma! “Just got done with a great breakfast at Maggie's Magic Muffins in Boardman, Ohio I got a Bacon, Egg and Swiss Cheese Croissant Sandwich. I got a nice big Blueberry Muffin. I also got a chocolate Hazrlnut Iced Coffee. (Sorry, I drank alot before I took the picture, which signifies it was very good.) Tasted great even without any sugar. Maggie's Magic Muffins Is a great place to go for a quick breakfast. The atmosphere is cozy. You walk in and there is a little living room like sitting area. There is a small dining area in the back left corner of the little shop. The staff is very nice there. My whole order was $14.95. A very small business that deserves alot more attention. The food is better than any fast food place. I highly recommend this place. If you come to Boardman early in the morning or anytime in the morning stop by Maggie's Magic Muffins. “Great service, food was alright but was definitely cooked above what was asked. Im not one to complain though and send food back, I know how stressful it can be back of the house and with lunch rushes it can be busy. All in all the food is fantastic, great environment for the most part despite having obnoxious guests speaking very inappropriately outlook at their tables when you have children around. Server never waited on refills, she was always on it when needed.“

“Can’t say enough about Bull & Bear. I had my wife’s surprise retirement party here on Sunday and it couldn’t have been any better. The food was amazing. Everything from the wings to the pizza. Everyone commend on how good it was and plan on returning. Ben gave us full access the party room for decorating and we had it all to ourselves through the evening ( about 65 people)with Bella and Trista as are servers. Both these girls were fantastic. Whenever anything ran low, food or beverages they were there. If anyone is looking to have a small function I highly recommend The Bull & Bear on Belmont.“

We chose The 🔥 Fireplace and were pleasantly surprised by the food and the prices. For under 60.00 I fed my family of 4 with an amazing meal. The burgers were juicy and fat, the fries were crisp but not burnt or over seasoned, and the chicken 🤗Absolutely delicious. The employees were very courteous and friendly. “All five stars? Well, it must have been Saturday, I must have gotten a rack of ribs with extra sauce that were smoky good, and the bartender must have done a great job taking my order and getting me a beer.

Seriously, I was absolutely impressed by the ribs. Cooked over charcoal or wood because the smoke ring was perfect, as were the ribs. No fat (NO fat!) and just a slight char on the ends. There are a lot of great rib joints around Youngstown, and since it's harder and harder to find roast lamb on Saturdays, ribs are my safety pick. The ribs at the Royal Oaks were perfect, better after I got them home and slapped them in a casserole and baked at 250 tightly wrapped for like 40 minutes. Absolutely great flavor that will impress anyone who likes a nice rack of ribs.
