Visited for their Valentine’s Day dinner event this evening. Super cute idea! Wonderful setting and service. Colleen an awesome job serving everyone and the rest of the staff was great keeping up with being extra busy 💗
We were passing through Columbiana on vacation and this DQ is literally the best we’ve ever been to.
The staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

Based on the reviews, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill has a bunch of entry level workers who are nice and kind. The food is wonderful, with delicious burgers and great soft serve options. The onion rings and fries are piping hot. There were minor hiccups like over frying the chicken tenders, but they fixed it. The restaurant is always clean and has plenty of seating. The service is almost always great, with friendly workers who always have a smile. One worker was the kindest man, jovial, and generous with the sauce for cheese curds. Another worker did an awesome job serving everyone during a Valentine’s Day dinner event. The drive thru workers are phenomenal and keep customers coming back. This place is really holding up the bar and makes peoples day better with simple kind interactions.
